Jeff Novitzky UFC ANTI-DOPING COMPLIANCE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Since 2015, Jeff Novitzky has led the UFC’s anti-doping compliance program, overseeing one of the most rigorous testing systems in professional sports. A former United States federal agent, he conducted landmark criminal investigations into the doping of high-profile athletes, helping reshape the modern anti-doping landscape. Driven by a commitment to clean sport and fairness to athletes, he has built the UFC’s testing and educational infrastructure into one of the most comprehensive and respected in sports.

Donna Marcolini UFC ANTI-DOPING COMPLIANCE VICE PRESIDENT

Donna Marcolini is the Vice President of Anti-Doping Compliance at the UFC, where she plays a key role in shaping the organization’s anti-doping strategy. With extensive experience in athlete relations and health policy, she oversees education, budgeting, testing procedures, and fair enforcement to protect athlete safety and competitive integrity. Donna joined the UFC in 2001 and is one of the original five employees of the organization’s modern era. She is known for her proactive communication, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a strong and transparent anti-doping program.

Jen Watts UFC ANTI-DOPING COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Jen Watts is a Manager on the UFC Anti-Doping Compliance team with an eclectic professional background spanning anti-doping drug testing operations, medical and surgical assisting, and customer service. Her broad experience uniquely positions her to support athletes by providing the information they need to succeed under anti-doping rules and by serving as an attentive, knowledgeable resource for their questions and concerns.

Jake Hurwitz UFC ANTI-DOPING COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

Jake Hurwitz is an Anti-Doping Compliance Coordinator, following previous work as a UFC HR representative and part-time Athlete Relations associate for Dana White’s Contender Series, Power Slap, and UFC events. A 2nd-degree black belt in Shotokan karate, Jake brings firsthand understanding of the demands and livelihoods of advanced mixed martial artists. Jake graduated from the Weber Honors College at San Diego State University in 2021 with a degree in Integrated Business Marketing and a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Joe Reeves UFC ANTI-DOPING COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

Joe Reeves is an Anti-Doping Compliance Coordinator committed to supporting UFC athletes while upholding the safety and integrity of anti-doping in combat sports. In 2023, he won the UFC’s “Matchmaker Sweepstakes” contest, impressing Dana White and the UFC matchmakers with his exceptional knowledge of the organization and its athletes. His performance led to an offer, which he accepted, for a full-time position within the UFC. Joe is also a U.S. Army veteran who honorably served his country.
